What is Gymnastics?

Inspired by street culture, tricking and martial arts and street, it is a combination of gymnastic skills with elements of other activities such as martial arts, tricking, parkour and free running.

Gymnastics is a sport that requires balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, agility and endurance just to name a few. Movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of your entire body including your arms, legs, shoulders, back and abdominal muscles.

Other similar disciplines include tumbling, acrobatics and parkour.
