What is Little Outlaws?
Little Outlaws is a CrossFit class aimed at giving the younger generation their first taste of this rapidly growing sport and exercise phenomenon.
CrossFit is both a physical exercise philosophy and a competitive fitness sport.
CrossFit workouts incorporate elements of H.I.I.T (High intensity interval training), Olympic Weightlifting, Plyometrics, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Strongman amongst other exercises.
All classes and exercises are scaled to the ability level that each individual requires.
The Little Outlaws are classes for ages 8-15 years. They are taught basic CrossFit movements along with fun games and short workouts to keep them fit and active.
CrossFit classes are also useful in the development of motor skills, bone and tendon strength which will help in other aspects of life and also other sporting activities.
